We had a good thunderstorm and power had been out since 3 yesterday. Put some food in a cooler but I am hoping it comes back before too long or I will lose my deer meat in the deep freezer!
-
Get some dry ice and place in the deep freeze and keep the lid closed and you will have know problems. It should keep with out the ice for several days as long as you keep it closed should you not be able to get the dry ice.
-
Get a portable generator and plug it in.

Yep that will work and then you will have it for other emergencies.
-
Power is back on. I guess it came back on while I was working today.
-
Hope everything you had requiring electricity made it through okay.
-
Everything made it through, thank you
-
Chris, Next time your power goes out, swing by my place in Minnesota and I'll borrow you one of my generators!!! LOL :)

Maybe next year you can apply for Colorado elk hunting with me, should take 2 years.
-
That sound like a plan.
-
You can buy bull elk tags over the counter in unit 86. One million acres in the Sangre de Christo mountains.
-
Another pic. Mule deer is on a draw there.

Chris, Weatherby posted on Facebook about nothing hits harder then the 30-378 Bee. And I commented how I can't wait for the 7-378 Weatherby to be announced and Weatherby hit the like button on it. I just might have to order me what could be the ultimate long range Bee!!!
