What Shotgun  ammo (https://www.bulkcheapammo.com/bulk-ammo) are good for self defense from 10-Gauge, 20-Gauge & 40-Gauge?

A good duck load is a pretty powerful load.An ounce and a quarter of #2 or #4 shot is pretty potent out to 40 yards.I know I wouldn't want to get hit with it.
