Great shooting.Congrats on the Robin Hood. You learn pretty quick to shoot at different spots with the cost of arrows.Always practice with what you will hunt with.

I can't figure out how he couldn't log on. Must be something on his end as the rest of us made the jump when they updated.

Mark I use corn cob.I used to use walnut but got tired of the brown rubbing off on my fingers and staining them.Have not found any that doesn't get stuck in the flash hole.Maybe the metal pellets wouldn't if you had that kind of machine. The ultra sonic cleaners with the liquid just don't seem to clean as well and then you have to dry everything so I don't use them.I tumble every time I shoot.Lot of other things will kill me before lead poisoning from this.I throw the brass in the tumbler put it out in the travel trailer and let it go over nite.I like bright shiny clean brass that will run thru my guns good.Plus they look kewl. ;D

Glad we have another hunter out there Petey.Send us some picts of her kills when season starts. Tom had an excellent idea of you getting a replacement 240 Wby for yourself. ;D

Good luck Terry. How much would a calf usually weigh?

Nice.Where were you hunting? We hunt Southest Arkansas around Monticello. There is something like 13 zones in Ar consisting of multiple counties instead of the 3 major areas in Texas that is of course much bigger.

Roughly Archery is end Of September-February 15.ML is October 21-27 and like December 28-31.Rifle is private land doe only October 14-18 and regular season is 2nd weekend November-2nd weekend December and then December 26 and 27.Rough dates but very close by memory.I usually get in a week for archery or early ML then a week Thanksgiving, and December 26-31.Deer aren't usually very good and get very nocturnal from all the locals hunting all that time.Fun being there with others of family that come.About a 8 hour drive for me.
