Just got up, temp is 55.  Needed a blanket last night, always sleep with the window open.

Trade?  Even up?  ;D

Going to be warm and windy for the next few days.  Give the fly rods a rest.

Interestingly enough, the Symbicort I am taking for my COPD may have saved my a$$.  It is Budesonide and I take it twice a day.

;D ;) ;D
I wasn't thinking with the big head either time!   ;D

I think we have all been guilty of thinking that a time or 50.

It's 96 with a 65% humidity here at 16:00!  It's bad enough on me. Andi is refusing to stay outside more than 10 minutes at a time. No rain here, but it sure looks like the east coast is about to meet potential tropical storm Fay up close and personnel!

Here in the wild west it is 87 degrees, humidity 14%, winds NW 3MPH and a heat index of 81 degrees.  I'm going fishing.

Read an interesting article by a retired doctor.  He makes some damn good points.

It's just that everybody seems to think of Florida as sun on the beach. Beach, beach , beach all the time, like my ex....

I used to refer to my ex as an angel.....always up in the air harping about something. ;D

No doubt in my mind that with better management at certain times they would have won several more Stanley cups. Hope the best for the future. Lets hope we get Lafrenier in the next draft.

Amen!

And traded Red Kelly to Chicago when he started up the players association to get pensions for retired players.

AS a die hard Red Wing fan I hope the NHL will steer clear of politics.  I'd hate to see Pro Hockey go the way of other major sports.

66 year Red Wing fan myself. From the days of Able, Linsey, and Howe. Hope the NHL keeps politics out of it also. Hope the Wings get back to greatness real soon.

My dad took me to my first Red Wing game in 1950, at the ripe old age of 7 and I've been a die hard fan since.  To add to that trio you might remember Alex Delvecchio, Marty Pavelich, Norm Ullman, Red Kelly, Marcel Pronovost, Glenn Hull and Terry Sawchuck.

For decorum sake I won't make any references to my ex. ;)

You might want to consider a small solar panel to help keep the batteries charged.  Makes the gas for the generator last longer.

Yeah, I did but I wasn't that stoopid.

When?
