81 grains 7828 , 200 grain partition traveling 3040 fps. This load is out of a mark v with a heavy custom krieger barrel 26”. Federal 215 gm primers. This load and gun will consistently shoot this grouping if I do my part.

Have the same gun , doesn’t seem to agree with any bullet heavier than 180 grain. Good luck and post results.

Mule Deer / Fortunate

Was successful in the drawings this year I got a second deer tag that had to be a mule deer doe, Saturday morning at 306 yards the 6.5-300 weatherby 140 grain accubond. Bang done, Sunday the buck showed himself at 250 and that was a wrap. Very happy and grateful

Had sheep fajitas for dinner last night and tonight the heart with backstrap trimmings. Very mild meat extremely good table fare.
