I've been reading about the bridge collapse in Baltimore. I've driven over that bridge a bunch of times. I'd bet Truck Driver has as well. Before that bridge was there in 1977, we had to go through the Baltimore habor tunnel. They still don't know how many people are in the Patapsco River that the bridge used to pass over. It was the Francis Scott Key bridge.

Talking with a friend, the topic of hurricane season came up. When it really hits the fan in any form, what one single rifle and handgun would you rely on? I'd probably go with a revolver and a semi auto rifle.

There is a pending law here in Florida to reduce the required insurance by mortgage companies. Mine is now close to $8K a year,making a $400 increase of my house payment I wrote to my state rep and state senator urging passage, both democrats. I wrote the republican governor as well. ZERO responses!

The mango trees are in full bloom here. The fruit usually shows up late April till mid May. A tree fresh mango in the blender with some ice and some vodka is great!

After 5 weeks, I got the calendar. I haven't gotten the beer. In the meanwhile, I have 20 some requests from republican candidates from here to Seattle for contributions. Some change phone numbers after being told to stop and being blocked and continue the requests. I'm betting this idjit sold or gave away my phone number.
