Mark V bolt knob change

I have a Mark V Accumark and would like to change the bolt knob. I would like something a bit bigger like the tactical knob on the Mark V TRR. I am assuming these just thread on the handle? Does anyone know of where such a thing could be bought. I have looked high and low but can't seem to find anything or anyone doing this. Thanks
