Glad you finally got the problem resolved and a new shotgun is on the way. I don't believe you could reproduce that particular kind of damage if you tried. Afraid your ill feelings will persist for a while, but this was just a quirky situation that was mishandled from the start.(not including you) Knowing Wby customer service, it was an isolated incident. I'm sure the new shotgun will serve you well. Best Regards

Hey there, My first post here and I signed up due to my SA 08 doing the exact same thing. I was hoping you , or anyone could give me any tips on dealing with Weatherby on this issue. The shotgun has had less than 65 rounds through it.
