A piggy with some good cutters

I went with my neighbor last weekend to hunt some hogs.He shot this legit over 300 pounder with some good tusks.

RockRiver AR in 5.56 Dan. 55 grain fmjs they hit and tumble and do all kind of damage on the big hogs.

Damn pig showed up on his side of the golf cart.lol Or bragging rights would have been mine.Cut the head off and hung in a tree to retrieve later .Been getting 3-6 every weekend for last 3 weeks but this was only one worth a picture.

The bigger ones like this taste pretty nasty.But the younger ones are very good.

Figured so, Roger. Seems like there's no shortage of hogs anywhere in Texas. Used to get up that way about once a month, but not these days. Been probably been two or three years. Think there's a ton of hogs over around Navasota.
