Docter Rifle Scope
« on: June 25, 2017, 10:26:42 AM »
Does anyone have experience with Docter scopes?
A friend of my brothers recently passed on and his widow is selling his hunting gear. There is a Docter 3-12x56 #1 German Reticle. It was built in 1996. It was mounted on a Lazzeroni Warbird rifle. The rifle was sold for$4000. The rifle and scope was sighted in but never used on a hunt. My brother is interested in buying the scope but does not know what to pay for it or how it compares to other German scopes.

I know absolutely nothing about Docter so any help would be appreciated.

If you are arguing with an idiot and someone passes by, they don't know who's the idiot.

It's a $1000 scope new in the box.
Sorry... Yesterday was the last and final day for any and all complaints whatsoever.

I try to avoid temptation unless I can't resist it.

Everyone has a photographic memory. Some just don't have film.
