That rifle/ cartridge combo makes a lot of sense. Should be a great seller!

If it cant be killed with a Weatherby, you may want to just leave it alone!

I noticed they are now also offering this chambering in the Vanguard Synthetic. Unfortunately not in the sporter though. I can't seem to find one anywhere, however. I assume a dealer could order one? Anyone bought one yet?

I ordered a 6.5-300 right after they announced it in the new MarkV and it was 6-7 months after that when I picked it up. If you ordered one in the Accuguard I would guess the wait might be slightly shorter. The sooner you order the farther up the list you will be.

I would prefer it in the sporter or something with a wood stock but they aren't offering it in those currently. For the $ though, I would be all over a synthetic model and restock it down the road with a sharp looking piece of walnut.

Did you have to put anything down when you ordered yours? Did you order yours through a large retailer or a smaller operation?

That's great and I'm sure it'll help get more fans of the caliber.
Nothing is better than a Weatherby, big bore magnum, or a Colt.
