Looks like I'll get some cold here later this week. I've had frost once so far in my almost 16 years here. It's fun when it gets "cold" here. The kids dress up like it's -20 and the anole lizards lose their ability to stick to the walls.  :)

22 here.I've got water lines busted at 3 different places,or at least 3 places that I know of now.Probably a lot more.Lost a  new born calf yesterday afternoon.

Its been below freezing here for the last 48 hours, but no busted pipes yet.

Right now it's 5 degrees and the windchill is -11.  My coal stove is getting a workout but it's 75 in my house and I'm thankful I have it and don't have to use the electric heat.

17 here now.Supposed to get up to 49.I'm sure I'll be busy fixing leaks all afternoon.At least I'll be better prepared for the next cold spell.Mother Nature has showed me my week spots.

Dan,I'm 200 miles North of you,but only 6 degrees colder.San Antonio has had some abnormally cold weather too.How is your infrastructure holding out?

Temps have fallen 18 degrees in the last 2 hours and the wind is gusting to 50mph here!  Temps predicted to drop to the 30's tonight, pretty cold for south Florida. The weather service is talking about snow in north Florida.    :)

16F when I left for work this morning and supposed to get up to 40 today.Sunday the high is supposed to be 69 and the Low 55.Might be a good day to get some shooting in.

Kevin it was 5*F this mourning at 0800 but has warmed up to 24*F this afternoon. Felt like walking around in my shirt sleeves. (:>)
