It was -7 degrees with a -40 degree wind chill at 0600 when I left to go ice fishing and when I left the ice at 1300 it was -2 degrees with a -30 degree wind chill.  Not as cold as it is at some of your places but for my neck of the woods it was cold.

I here yeah Chris. I was 1* here in central MD at 0800 this mourning and I have no idea what the wind chill is but my breath  froze in my nose when I went to fill my bird feeders on my deck. That's pretty dang cold for around here.
