One last pheasant hunt yesterday. It was a hunt club hunt, all time allowed

I did get a Black Hen, that is cool

Yes it's a hunt club hunt so you just get birds, some are  roosters  and some are hens and you can take all of them

Really cool. Iím by no way a pheasant expert, but I didnít even know there were solid black ones.
You cant catch a fish without a hook in the water....

DW5, me either but it is the second one l have taken over the years. What l have read they are like a black  squirrel or a  albino, different but not really rare.

I have a Bobcat at the  taxidermist so l am having it mounted jumping up grabbing this black hen pheasant

Ah ok, didn't know you could do that on those kind of hunt.

I think that mount with the bobcat & hen jumping is going to be a fantastic mount.  I can't wait to see it.  Congrats again for a great hunt!!!

That looks like it was a great hunt.I also didn't know there were black ones.Very cool.Sure worth a mount .Looking forward to Picts of bobcat and pheasant when finished.

It should be a cool mount, one you don't see everyday
He is starting the antelope l have there soon and the Bobcat was 3 months after so it will be awhile before it's done
One thing about Wildlife Creations, Pat is not fast but he does a  fantastic job
