How ARE things going for you.  Did you have insurance to cover your losses.  My lady friend had two almost new four wheelers stolen off of her carport a few years ago.  There was some little "glitch" in her insurance policy, and they didn't pay her a dime.  Yes, she changed insurance companies after that.  That is sort of how I met her.  Although we went to the same Church, I did not know her.  Our pastor is extremely gun friendly, and after she had been robbed, he asked me to pick up a shotgun for her, for home defense, which I did.  I think a number of the Nation members have not been posting much during the holidays, maybe this week they will catch up.  You are one of the most social and always pleasant and friendly posters on the Nation.  I am SO SORRY that this happened to you, especially at this time of year.  It has been a rough year for some of us.  Take care my friend.  MM

I'll defend them with this: they're spending time with friends and family and leaving work-related stuff alone for the most part. A few times I've pinged Ed Weatherby and he's responded, although I think there is less of a chance for that now that Adam Weatherby has (or seemingly has) taken over as the day-to-day head of Weatherby Inc.

Sorry... Yesterday was the last and final day for any and all complaints whatsoever.

+1 judging from the many responses, and first hand feedback we've received over the last two years, I suspect oversight rather than lack of interest. Has anyone ever forgotten (temporarily) a birthday, Anniversary, or a congratulations? Usually all is forgiven.

Speaking for myself, I came down with a variation of the flu which attacked me systemically (something I didn't know it could do) and among other ills, my weight dropped down to lower than it was when I was in high school over half a century ago. I'm still recuperating, almost a month later.
As for the folks at Weatherby, apart from whatever personal issues they may be dealing with, they are getting ready for the SHOT show, and trying to figure out what to do with the ever-increasing anti-gun nonsense in California. I have no idea what the new ammunition laws will do to a company, as opposed to an individual like me, but between that and the "sanctuary state" idiocy, they probably have their hands full. Let's not rush to judgement.

Hope you get feeling better soon, the Flu can be tough on the elderly. ;)

Wishing you and yours a great New Year!

A friend of mine suggests Probiotics to help get the gut going again.

Hope you feel better soon Jameson. The flu can really drag you down, one good thing, you can start eating like a pig to get your weight back up. ;D
I love the smell of deer guts in the morning, it smells like...VICTORY!

And that's why Ruger built a plant in Arizona.  There are parts of California I really like, BUT not for a weapons or ammo business , and their politics !!  Unfortunately companies can't move for their own reasons.   Jameson hope you feel better and yes the shot show takes up time.
