Service Request Timeline

So I put in a service request a few days ago for my Accumark. Somehow, I really have no clue, the spring in the the internal magazine broke. I didn't see a replacement for it on Weatherby's site, or I would have bought it then and there; it's a simple fix once I have a new spring.

Anyway, I still haven't heard from Weatherby. Any of you who have dealt with the service department, about how long should I wait before trying to reach them again? This is my first service request, so I don't know if I'm just being impatient or I should have at least got an automatic reply email by now.

No one there on Friday,Saturday,or Sunday.
Sorry... Yesterday was the last and final day for any and all complaints whatsoever.

I try to avoid temptation unless I can't resist it.

How dare they have time off to spend with their families? The nerve of some people...

+2 on calling them, maybe they will just send you the spring. I've had a couple of mag springs break, and when I contacted the weatherby service depot here in Canada, they had a new spring in stock, and they just sent it to me. I fixed it myself.
