I wonder if Weatherby will add this caliber to the Vanguard line? It seems to be getting a lot of interest and there are few bolt guns available. It might be a good time to get ahead of the pack and make some money. I would buy one today!

pretty sure the .22-250 may already be chambered and will smoke the .224 val and WAY more popular.

the 224 val only benefit may be in ar15 platform rifle cartridges, but even in the setup I fail to see the benefit.

The 224 Valkyrie is designed around a 90 grain match bullet. Until there is a 80-90 grain hunting bullet, I doubt there will be much interest in something so specialized when the market is flooded with speciality rifles. A rebarreling job can take care of the job if a 223 or 22-250 Rem isnít enough for someoneís desires.
