A shooter for sure! We lease about 450+ acres, but at least half of that is open fields. We don’t have tremendous hunting pressure from neighbors but it does exist and that buck ain’t getting past them if they see if. Plus, it’s the Texas hill country...

We finally got out and cleared some areas and set the feeders and cameras.  Lots of tracks, so let's see what shows up on camera.

Agreed. I say he’s shooter due mainly to the knowledge others will take him for sure if they can, but if he makes it past rut and seems to be staying on our place it will be tempting to pass on him. Wish I could guarantee him safe passage... but I know a few of the hunters around me will pop him if they get the shot. It’s hard for me to complain though, the hunting pressure around me could be WAY worse and, the guys that do hunt around me have every right to decide what’s a shooter to them.
