I see the ratings on NFL Thursday night season opener was the lowest ever!  Well done, Nike and your kneeling ass clowns!

Didn't watch a single minute of NFL football last season. Same thing for this year.
Come and take it.

NFL who?  F*ck them, I don't need to watch those over paid Primadonnas.  I'll stick to college ball, and they can all kneel and kiss my a$$.

The do-nothing commissioner is responsible for not coming down hard on the offenders early. He doesn’t like confrontation that could look like a race issue. He has no trouble dishing out suspensions like candy only to have them over ruled by the players association legal eagles. He is lucky to still have his job.

It's pathetic they haven't put a stop to this. Baseball, basketball nor hockey seem to be afflicted with this nonsense. Who gets to protest their government at their place of employment anyway?

If they think this country is oppressive...they need to do some world traveling and some historical reading. They have no clue. What the hell have they done or sacrificed for this country?

I couldn't believe it when they renewed his contract a couple years ago,but what really blew my mind was the raise he got when they did.

I certainly did not watch, just read it in the news. Last game I saw involved Janet Jackson.   ;D

+1. Didn't even watch the Superbowl. Will not watch any NFL game this year either. We NEED our military, our law enforcement too. Did we ever NEED an athlete? I think not.

I didn't watch the Thursday night game, and feel that Roger Goodell is a pu~~y for not enforcing NFL rules as they apply to the playing of the National Anthem, and Nike has chosen a Judas to affix to their iconic logo that says, "We also believe in dishonoring the Flag." It takes a Judas to support a Judas. Goodell's NFL response to the Nike ad was, We believe in dialogue, understanding, and unity. How lame is that? The NFL will continue to lose fan attendance and TV viewership as long as they align themselves against the "The Logo of Free Americans, Our Flag." Nike in affect is rubbing it in our faces, and has revealed they are on the Far Left Wing of politics and don't know the meaning of Shame, or Patriotism. As wisdom from the past states,"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing." ( If the military has any contracts with Nike, they should be terminated )

The 1929 German National Socialist (NAZI) party platform stressed support and participation of all citizens (especially children) in team sports because there is no "I" in team; to eliminate as much as possible ANY emphasis on the individual. In my 40 years of aerospace CNC machining there was a direct correlation between the stressing of the "TEAM" and managerial incompetence. The Second Amendment stresses the right of the INDIVIDUAL to keep and bear arms . ALL right are for INDIVIDUALS Not the TEAM. Maybe individuals should stop paying so much attention to ANY TEAM and more to yourselves.

I don't watch the National Felon League and won't allow it to disgrace any of my TVs.  I use to watch a game once in a while but never gain after their kneeling during the national anthem.  Personally if I could I'd stick every one of those scumbags on a plane, drop them off in Afghanistan or Iraq and leave them there until they complete a tour of duty then if they understand what it is to serve the country I'd take them back and if they bitched just one time, even one word, I'd leave them there for another tour.

Chris, I like your ideas LOL. I'd love to help too - make them parachute into the central highlands during the middle of winter with my bootprint on each of their asses as they go screaming out the door.
Come and take it.
