250grain Thor bullet, 94 yards. Have to take a picture of the bullet, pretty impressive what it did

GPS - 250 yards west of the big water tank on the west line fence😎😎

Good start .257!

I was wondering what you meant by 2pt till I saw the pic. I forget about them being called 2x2's or 5x5's in some places.

Congratulations on the deer and impressive expansion of the bullet too. I tried the Thors in my Encore but couldn't get them to group.

I tried them in my CVA also and didn’t seem to work out for my either.

With the THOR bullet first you have to size your barrel, get the correct bullet for your barrel, and than work up a load with the powder.
That being said, l agree they are not the most accurate bullet, but than with my eyes and iron sights that you have to use in Colorado they were good enough. l had no trouble getting a 3" group at 100 yards
THOR bullets are made by Barnes bullets, it's designed to shoot without a sabot is the difference. If we could use sabot bullets in Colorado l would use them.

You have to use iron sights on muzzleloader in Colorado?
