Seems something has moved

I agree something has moved or loosened.

Everything is tight still exact same at 100 I've tried adjusting parralax and zoom  thinking maybe my brand new scope was bad. nothing changed 30 rounds  same results same holes

Ballistically it's impossible. So it has to be equipment
Are you adjusting your scope to shoot at 300?

I've left scope on 6 put parallax on 100 then went to 15 put parralax on 500 and same holes at   100 and 300 I've checked everything it's all tight adjusted scope every way that could cause problem it didn't . I've been shooting guns like this forever and know ballisticly it's not possible that's why it's bothering me so bad. Same gun has had three new scopes on it in 6 months thinking they where problem cause I couldn't find a load it would shoot including weatherby factory  stuff finally found perfect load now it's doing this.

Is it an Accubrake? How long have you owned the rifle?

have you tried shooting it without the muzzle brake on, and see what happens?? My neighbor had similar problems your having, with his tikka rifle, after he had a brake installed.

Have you tried shooting at 300 yards with a Cold barrel?? If your shooting at 100 first, maybe as the barrel heats it puts pressure on a high spot in the stock.

I would take the brake off, have a good look at the crown for damage, and any marks on the inside of the brake. Then try shooting it without the brake on. If you see anything not right on the crown, or any marks inside your brake, sent it back for repair. On my neighbor's rifle, when the local gunsmith, threaded the barrel for the brake, he damaged the crown, and end of barrel abit. They ended up cutting off the damaged part of the barrel, but a 21 inch barrelled 300 Win isn't much better than a hot loaded 30-06.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you're shooting at 100yds on 6x, with the parallax adjusted for 100yds, then shooting at 300yds on 15x with the parallax adjusted for 300yds, right?  Sounds like the scopes you've been using are not parfocal, which means they don't hold true when changing power.

If you're shooting at the same power at both distances but adjusting the parallax, it could be that your parallax adjustment is improperly calibrated, though a 6" discrepancy due to parallax at only 300yds is pretty big.

What scope are you using?  You said you'd tried several scopes, what else have you used?  My money is on optics issues.
