TIme Change
« on: November 04, 2018, 09:58:24 AM »
So I set my alarm for 12am and when it went off, I set the clock back an hour. An hour later that damn alarm went off again so I set it back again, (though maybe I screwed up). Well the third time it went off, I knew it wasn't me because I wrote down that I had already set it back. At this point I know the clock is messed up so I set it back again and an hour later the damn alarm went off again. By this time, I'd had enough so I unplugged it, fired up the computer and ordered a new clock from Amazon.

That's why you have to wait until 2:00am or later so that won't happen

:-)  I only set the 4 legged alarm anyway. My dog wakes me up way early every day. Changing the clocks is nuts anyhow!

LOL, Thank god you guy's got it.. On another forum (fishing), they all tried to explain to me what I was doing wrong... LOL.. Some of the explanations were long too.. That was almost as funny as the original joke.

I’ve always wished we would get rid of the time change. For all of us who do deal with it, which time would you like to stick with if it was done away with?

I like the Daylight Savings time DW. I suppose if someone is retired it really doesn't matter but for those of us that aren't we don't have much daylight time to do any outside work after getting home.

Leave right where it is now! The entire idea is silly and pointless.  Do whatever you need to do outside when the sun is up, be that in the am or the pm.   :)
