I think that many of us can admit to having bought a "dud" rifle or two in the past. I would move them at a show, and I was honest. I would tell whomever was interested, "I could not get it to shoot good enough for me." I guess they would take that as a "challenge," and they would think that they could. Maybe they could, but I could not. By being up front about it, I did not feel like I was screwing them. Sometimes, you have to cut your losses, and just let the item go. This also happens a lot with vehicles, that have tripped two hundred thousand miles. I hope you can get a fair price at least for the action. MM
