Y'all all seem to eat quite well on Christmas.  Terminator will attest to the fact, that, in the old days, the A&M Aggies and the UT Longhorns would always had a shootout on Thanksgiving Day.  This before TV dollars put an end to it a number of years ago.  But while they still did, at one of the radio stations in Austin, two of the DJ's had a standing bet on the game.  The loser would have to take the winner's Thanksgiving leftovers, fill a blender with them; all manner of different traditional stuff, and blend it ALL into a "smoothie," and then drink it on the air, with commentary from both, while doing it.  Gerber needs to work on that idea, for an all inclusive, one baby food jar, Thanksgiving or Christmas meal for baby's.  MM

We do the traditional dinner for Thanksgiving; turkey, dressing, the whole nine yards. For Christmas we went off the rails a little.

I did American Bison burgers and some 2 1/2" center-cut filets on the outdoor grille, over mesquite wood & smoke. Some skinless, boneless chicken breasts and assorted veggies, also grilled.

Sure hope this becomes oour new Christmas tradition! Yum!

We had Filipino food, which included a meatloaf with hard boiled eggs placed inside and bacon wrapped all around the outside. And afterward, enough Bailey's Irish Cream to drown a buffalo.
Come and take it.
