Agree, watch the crime rate jump if that passes. It's a proven fact that states with gun laws that allow private citizens to protect themselves have generally lower crime rates. That fact gets skewed in major population areas where the drug crimes are more likely to occur and liberal policies persist.

Looks like they simply read the Canadian Gun Laws which are currently in place.

Can't see them working in a single state in the US. Ours are national AND we never had a right to bear arms so we never had to (scale back) the rules and laws around ownership.
