Imo PARA45 is spot on. I don't tweet, I don't twitter, I don't facebook, I don't insta whatever that is. This is the only site I'm on or care to be on. I'm too old of a dog to worry about what newer generations are into I don't always agree with it but the newer generations have to work out their way of doing things. It's just like you can't treat your grand kids like you raised your kids it's a different world. I do spread the word about how good Weatherby products are , I do spread the word on how good Weatherby customer service is and that's a good thing. This is probably not going to go over well with a few people, I think people in general need to get thicker skins and that's unfortunate because we live in a society today with instant information and with expectations of instant responses and that's just not going to happen. Stop and think what you are going to say, be nice. I'm on this site for two reasons to help, and to learn, and probably give a little different experiences and perspectives. This is just from my experience my son good kid early 30's and he use to butt heads with me thinking oh yea what does the old man know when he was younger now he actually admitted that I was a lot smarter than he thought and seeks my opinion way more than he use to, I did the same thing when I was his age, they got to learn. I'm not saying this in a bad way it's just part of life. I wasn't part of it and I did read on one post there were some things that shouldn't have been said unfortunately the damage was done, and about the only thing you can do is opologize, kiss and make up and get on with life. Weatherby is going to do what Weatherby is going to do plain and simple. Realistically you got how many Weatherby Nation members and of those how many own Weatherby rifles or mutiples of Weatherby rifles in their life time ? A Lot many thousands & thousands would be a conservative guess. These would be numbers that are uncounted and unknown as to how many people bought Weatherby weapons just on word of mouth thru the years, so all this advertising while is a good thing imo it's not the whole picture. Rule one the customer is king, rule two treat people like you want to be treated, rule three be honest and open, don't be too prideful to ask for help when needed we all do at some point in life. Just food for thought.
