I have been amazed numbers of times how a big South Texas buck with a huge rack can run at full blast from a sendero into the thick brush.I guarantee you can go and look at the exact same spot he went in and if you threw a baseball as hard as you could into it,it wouldn't penetrate the brush 3 feet.No trail,no nothing, just dense brush.I'm sure Danno knows what I'm talking about.

Sorry... Yesterday was the last and final day for any and all complaints whatsoever.

I try to avoid temptation unless I can't resist it.

Everyone has a photographic memory. Some just don't have film.

That is definitely the crazy part. Moving painfully slow into the wind and sometimes you will see just parts of an animal while you are in his bedroom. I have seen the mule deer and blacktails here just freeze or lay down and seemingly disappear into their surroundings. I have even watched a buck bury his rack in the brush while a truck was cruising up the ridge. I feel like I have gained a new level of respect for these animal by actually sharing their habitat. Trying to move and think like a deer is exhausting!!!
a 1/2" group is good enough for the girls I go with!
