I clean both my weatherbys more frequently than my other rifles. Usually after 30-40 rounds after break in. I use an oversized brush, brush, bore snake, oiled patches then dry patches in that order.

Short and simple: I always do a thorough cleaning ASAP after shooting (same day if possible), unless that rifle will be shot again within a few days. If it has a lot of rounds through it and fairly dirty, I clean it regardless.
