I wonder if anyone knows of a Laser Boresighter Cartridge for the .300 WBY.MAG? And who sells it? If not produced, will the same for .300 Win.Mag. sit right in to do the job?[I wonder, doesn't any body use the laser boresighters?/quote]
If you get one that uses the arbors in the end of the barrel then a standard .30 cal arbor will work. Here is a list that came up when I did a quick google search.https://www.geekwrapped.com/guides/best-laser-bore-sighters[Hi. Thanks for the sugestions. Actually I have the X-Aegis Boresighter and also the Laserlyte. They are both good and eases the operation with less bullet spending. But the one I ask is the 1/1 cartridge case mouted with a laser, that is bolted in the barrel. Once the bolt is closed the laser is on pointing to your target. So I find this to be very practical to carry along to the hunting field and check with the zero after the trip, before the hunt starts. As I mentioned they have this in several rifle cartridges and also in .300 WIN.MAG. But not in .300WBY.MAG. As the Win.Mag case is shorter than Wby.Mag, it will not fit snug, not providing a steady firm zero point. Has aany body tried this laser cartridge on the 300 WBY.MAG? /quote]
