340 wby load for hammer bullets

I have a Mark V , 340wby, 26” barrel,  and want to load 205gn. Hammer bullet, the Shock Hammer.  Any advice on powder selection,, I have 4831, 7828, and H1000.   Thanks for your help !!!!!

All those might be too slow for the light for caliber bullet.I would think that even the 4831 would fill the case up using the 205 grainer

Barnes has 4831 listed for the 210 weight
Hornady has 4831 listed for the 200 weight
So l think it should work for your bullet

And not give you the best velocity levels you would get from a faster burning powder.

My experience with the hunter hammers is they have slightly  less pressure due to less bearing surface. They’re long for weight and prefer a crimp at the last ring. 4831 looks like a good place to start. They do have a forum with some reloading results but not sure if anything in your combo. I’d definitely shoot for groups at 200 as they are very forgiving and hard to tell at 100

Be careful of case fill if trying faster powders.
