What can I say that the guy's haven't already said, beautiful, unique and anyone would be proud of owning one. I really wished more best quality folder skinning /caping knives were available, something maybe you could make down the road would be pretty cool. I really don't know a lot of hard core elk hunters locally in Arizona where we live and hunt elk that use fixed blades anymore, we all have large fixed blade knives but they don't get used or carried that much anymore, most of us keep several boning , caping, butchers knives, saws, stones and old school steels in the vehicles when needed, if packing boned out meat it's almost always folding knives of some type and personal preference and they are usually not all that big 2 " to 3 " blade is really all that is needed for elk. Several taxidermist friends use short fixed blade Victorinox shaping knives or similar for skinning and caping, we have them also.
