Going to sell a couple of them, but l don’t think that’s what you meant. If l would get a new gun it would be a shotgun

I like your plan BB. Theres one definite on my radar and one that falls into the " that would ne nice to have" catagory. I have for years longed for a Mark V Deluxe. Caliber somewhere between a 240 through a 270 Wby Mag. No real purpose for that other than those are the calibers I have the most ammo for. My main requirement is that it must have a beautifully figured stock, at least in my eyes. I've seen a couple over the years but something always seems to stands between one and myself. I'm in no rush, I'll find my Dluxe one day. What I really should do is forget any rifle/shotgun purchases and start making some scope purchases. I have quite a few arms thats new a new scope.

I’m planning on a backcountry carbon in 300wby and also rebarreling my 340 with a carbon barrel.

My goal is tonpick up a Deluxe Mark V in any Weatherby Mag caliber I don’t already have.  Don’t care which one, just as long as it’s a good deal and in good condition.

Probably going to be a new muzzle loader something for long range using 209 or vari flame systems.  had a  cow elk hunt last week using my old Ruger 77/50 and number 11 caps of course snow on the ground mtn roads shut down the last day due to snow,   hunting locally  I pulled the trigger on a nice fat cow about 100 yds and cap went off and the 777  loose powder did not go bang,   anyway fiddling around trying to get a new cap on the inline nipple watching the herd run off,  then to top it off the next elk were side by side and couldn't shoot.  Poked holes in left 2 bfg tires on my Bronco 9 dollars worth of car wash change to get most of the red clay off the Bronco and I did that on 2 different days.    So I'm either going to get a new bolt built to convert the Ruger to a crush fit 209 system or buy a new long range muzzleloader.    bought a set of 338 Lapua dies and bullets so I must be looking at one,  not a real high priority though.  I really don't want a new precision rifle stock more looking at the Weatherby and Christensen arms  models but open to others makers if the right deal comes along,  I'd be better off just using my trusty 300 Wby and save some jingle.
