My favorite manufacturer is Colt.  When it comes to my favorite model that is a very tough question and would have to say either a Single Action Army, Python, or Delta Elite.
Nothing is better than a Weatherby, big bore magnum, or a Colt.

I'd have to say favored manufacturer depends on the type of gun. I like springfield's semi-autos. Both the 1911 and the XD, though I doubt Ill ever wind up with an XD. Double action triggers just feel sloppy after handling a good single action for a while.

Far as revolvers go, I'm a fan of Colt. Specifically the SAA.

Hard to decide on a favorite.  I have Colts, Berettas, and S&Ws and really like some of each brand.   Also have to say that my Browning Hi-Power is equal to any pistol I own in terms of reliability and there are only two (a Smith Model 18 and a Beretta 84F) that I have had for a longer time.  Then there are a few scattered 1911s from makers other than Colt that I like.

Favorites:

Colt:  Grizzly (revolver), Combat Commander 9 mm, 380 Government
Beretta:  84F, 92FS Compact Type M, 92FS Type M9A1
S&W:  J-frame Bodyguard (Model 49) and Bodyguard Airweight (Model 38), K-frame Model 66 3", L-frame Model 586 4"
Other:  Browning Hi-Power Practical, Ed Brown Special Forces (1911) and Springfield EMP ("Micro" 1911).
