About 2 weeks ago I sent a bolt back to Weatherby for a rework pusuant to the Vanguard Recall. I have not heard back from them at all. Anyone else have any experience with them in this matter? Is this the norm, or is it time to call?

Considering shipping time and the fact that Weatherby is only open Mon thru Thursday maybe calling next week would be appropriate but I wouldn't give them much more time than that.

You were sent a private msg from someone in the Weatherby Service Dept on 10-23 asking for more information so they could assist you with this.  They have not yet received a reply from you.
Have you already received your upgraded bolt back or are you still waiting for it?
