I may have solved the problem. I deposited Andi poop in the garden. No sign of digging in a week!  ;D

It's not exactly free with the rapidly rising cost of dog food.  ;D   I normally pick up after the dog but dumped out the poop from the bags in the garden. If it continues to work, I will keep doing it. It might even keep the feral cats away as well.
