I think it was in mid summer 2009 when Dubyam, Roger & Mikey were posting still don't know why Duby & Mikey aren't  posting, there was another nice guy in Washington State I think that had something to do with NASCAR  haven't heard from them in  quite awhile ,  Haven't heard from Oregon Jim either I know he was a big fan of the 340 & no doubt a few others I can't remember their names.   This is back when we were talking about Weatherby Nation Members Rifles 1 of 12 which Roger , myself and my son all bought Members rifles hunted Antelope in Wyoming in 2011.    I  had a glitch on my computer that's why my avatar comes up 2021 with help from staff at Weatherby had to re-set things.

I would have loved to have goten a member rifle. still hopethey do another one,

I definitely like it. Even though I don't need one, I'm starting to want one.  :) Wood is good.

I hear ya! can't wait to see 1 in person.

Do you know if there are any trophy fees included or will they be separate from the bid?

Hunted Wyoming last fall. 4 hunters all ate tag soup. saw lots of mule deer does and fawn but only 1 small buck. only saw a few whitetail bucks but nothing worth bringing home. also saw a lot of whitetail does and fawns. should be decent hunting in a few years of mild winters seems like the mature deer were more susceptible to the disease and hard winter.

There are two modern styles currently available, but sadly (at least in my opinion) they lack the character and detail of the old ones. The old ones were "Made in USA" too.

Not near the quality of past buckles

Speaking of buckles, I do not own this one and I have only seen two or three come to market.  Apparently, it was a fairly small limited run.  It is made of sterling silver and they typically sell for around $400.

i have been looking for this one for years. saw 1 on ebay but someone sniped me at the end,

It seems like getting nonresident tags out west is becoming nearly impossible to come by. Get in line, buy numerous points, wait some more, takes 3 points, you get 3 points then it takes 4, then 5,6,7,8,9... Wyoming seems the worst, I've got friends that have given up on that state even with 8 points. It's a money scheme, they take our money along with our dreams.

It's a shame the residents don't realize that nonresident license sales support over 1/2 of the local game commission budget. when we stop buying the over priced tags they will have to make it up. I just applied for Elk tag over 700 and you have to pay when applying without knowing when the season is and they keep the money for months. getting ridiculous.
