Around the Campfire (General Discussion) / Re: Suppressors anyone?
« on: November 20, 2024, 10:39:53 PM »
I agree with the negative aspects of suppressors, but the recoil and sound reduction are well worth it. I have hunted the last two years with a suppressor and I don’t think I will hunt with out one. Many rifles now come with threaded barrels. I will not buy a rifle that is not threaded. When I practice I still use hearing protection, but not when I hunt. Just trying to save what hearing I have left.

I have used the Hammer bullets, out of a 6.5 rpm on antelope, mule deer and cow elk. The performance has been outstanding.

A very well done film, with a deeper meaning and message. I am proud to support such a good family and business. Thanks Adam.

I have shot the 177 hammer in a 7 PRC. Box velocity is 2925,out of a 22 inch barrel it ran 2890. Very accurate, excellent ammunition.

I think it was fall of 2019,when I joined the nation.

I have had the Garmin for 4 to 5 months now and have nothing but good to say about it. It is easy to set up,isn’t finicky about it being aimed just right, never times out,and hasn’t missed a shot. I have had the optic chronograph, magnetospeed, originally labradar, nothing compares to the Garmin unit.

Congratulations,it’s a special time in life

I don’t think the new hexpad distorts like the original one did.
