My local booze store has the Japanese Whisky (no "E")  Just got a bottle  and will try it out a bit later!  "Coffey" is the name of the Irishman that came up with a style of distilling.  I got "educated"   ;D

Yes, lots of good bourbons! The 2 you mention are both top notch!  I haven't been a Scotch fan for a few years. Just read an article that there are 6 whiskeys, Bourbon, Rye, Canadian , Scotch, Irish and Japanese. I'll see about the Japanese whiskey.  :)

I do believe today is the 51st day here with triple digit heat indexes. Humidity rules!  Since it hasn't rained here in almost 2 weeks, mowing the grass is infrequent. I decided to remove the stump of the mango tree, just to stay busy and out of the booze cabinet till 16:30!  Grouchy 1, Mango stump 0!, by hand!   Rapidly approaching 70 years old and still a crazy bad ass old man!  Started today on the palm tree stump!  My attempt  may be delayed for the approaching "tropical wave" rain event!  I did sharpen my ax today! East coasters, keep a "weather eye" on this one! :-)

The cougars here don't speak English or my version of "French" . They are looking for a American hubby to save their HUGE Kardashian sized butts from deportation and a lifetime meal ticket!  And you wonder why I drink so much? LOL!  They are throwing out wrought iron patio furniture because the legs are splayed out from the overload! If they were on the beach, people would be pushing them into the ocean! Goodyear used to keep the blimps just down the street but sold them off for the competition!   Not kidding!
