How do I adjust the trigger pull on my German Mark V?  The owners manual is too blurry to read. I don’t know which screw it is.

This is what I found long long ago, but I do not remember where anymore

"Trigger adjusting
On the German rifles, you'll need to remove the action from the stock. There are two small allen head screws on the trigger housing. The one on the rear adjusts the creep. Adjust it first, so there is at least 1/4 (preferably 1/2) turn before it trips. Then turn the allen screw on the front side counter-clockwise until you get to 3 pounds, or until it won't get any lighter (some guns won't go below about 4 pounds). Then go back the the creep screw and re-set the creep for 1/4 turn minimum."

Thank you, I will start lower and work up from there. My book doesn't list 7828ssc.

I use IMR7828ssc with 180 bullets in one of my MKV rifles.  Under half inch at 200 yards

I have 4 MKV various vintages and countries or origin.  ALL are sub MOA, one with 180 Nosler BT, one with 180 Barnes TSX  (this is one 0.4 2 200 yeards) one with 200 Nosler PT and one with 200 Nosler AB.  Last two with RL22, first one with IMR4350 and the Barnes with IMR7828.
There was a batch of Weatherby and Hornady Ammo that neither two of my friends nor I could get to shoot MOA or less.  We just pulled the bullets for the brass.

A quick search says Remarms owned by Vista outdoors is making the rifles. No mention of any Ruger involvement!

Well I wouldn't get to offended by a web based email distribution message, it wasn't a personal letter by any means much more of a press release statement. If they have your email contact info and your in the database you got the message and yes it will be non-reply. They couldn't handle that much mass data transfer, it's one way communication. All big companies and and governments use this for communication.

My hat is off to anyone who leads their company to meet consumer demand and build products to be a profitable company and keep employees in business. You can live or die by the sword and when you see an opportunity, you better capitalize on it or someone else will.

The biggest issues with the wood stocked rifles is when newbies get one they don't want do do anything with it but look at it? It's too pretty to hunt with! LOL - I have a safe full of guns my boys will probably never take to the field! How to you justify building tons more of those! It's good conversation piece, I thought it was cool that adam acknowledges and loves the history and legacy of his families company, but times do change. My encounters with his company has always been met with class and that means people enjoy where they work. That speaks volumes to me;

I too love wood stocks, however, only have 4, a German MK V, 2 M70 Classic and a Ruger M77.  All the rest are synthetic and stainless so I can take them aywhere, knock them about and not worry about the scratches on the stock.

Back to WBY, anytime I contacted them on the customer support site, they have always been very responsive.  I don't have any issues with that. I had requested hitory on my rifles and had it within 2 hours.  That was impressive.

Finally, I just don't like anyone sending me a mass email I can not reply.  I usually unsubscribe after that.  But thats just me.

MKV and M70 are my favorite actions.  Unless I start buidling rifles, I can't see myself getting a Remington style.  Thats just a personal preference.

I am not familiar with the Weathergard, but if it has an aluminum block in it, it most likely have pillars, they are just short.
I have Accumarks, and I just skimm bedded one recently, waiting for range time now.
If it has the block, I wouls suggest researching about skimm bedding and doing that instead.
Just one mans opinion.
