Hey guys I reached out to Weatherby a couple times but I haven't heard back.
If somebody has an element not a e2 tho
My stock had loosened in the Feild one day claiming the day early. So I had removed the stock along with the castspac plate and bolt. Not realizing that that affects the up down left right until I got home after I installed it with locktite 😂🤦🏻

now I shoot high left.
My plate says A-R and B-L on one side and I can't recall on the two on the other. The manual mentions putting the thin side the shim one way or the other. But upon inspection with a caliper it is the same thickness. However the the hole is offset into one corner. So rotating and flipping you can get it into the 4 positions
I pulled up the book for it on Weatherby however the book is stating different stamps on the plate then mine has. I've done some searching and I haven't been able to find anything.
I was wondering if anybody would be willing to pop the recoil pad off and see which way the plate is installed from factory because how my gun was from factory was perfect. This way I don't have to pull it apart in the field multiple times to get it right.
Thanks in advance if someone is willing.
