Vanguard Deluxe Polished Action

Exactly what does this mean? THe company literature states that the deluxe action is polished. Where? - How? I cant tell the difference between my sporter and my deluxe.

They're just talking about the metal finish/bluing.  It'll have a glossy blued finish.
