My boys are avid duck hunters, they take the old man on a few guided hunts every fall. They called me last night and said the Canvas Backs are in so take Friday off...…...glad I did

It has been a good fall this year Roger with the exception of my first deer hunt, it rained the entire time during the hunt.
Our local shotgun/muzzleloader only whitetail hunt starts on Monday so I am looking forward to a few days of that, will post results. Then I am hoping for a good season of ice fishing.

PS: the SA-08 held her own on the duck hunt against the higher end shotguns my boys use, I let them each try it on a few flocks and they were impressed with how quick it was to aim and follow birds.
