We were in limpopo province about 45mins away from louis trichardt. We had a great outfitter Lianga Safaris. We spent 5 days hunting and three days in kruger national park. When we left people were hoarding toilet paper by the time we were returning the country was going crazy. We found out that we were the second to last plane to fly direct back to the USA.

So glad you had a great time. It is going to be hard now as you will want to return for another hunt as soon as possible.
How did you like your 3 days at Kruger park? Did you drive yourself or with a tour bus?

Our outfitter had a large van, we also did the night and sunset tours in the parks trucks. Three days was more than I needed but the wife and daughter loved it (their both photo geeks).  The family wants to go again but we'll hunt more and the the wife and daughter want about $8000 worth of lenses.

Yes my wife and I found 3 days was just one day to many. We went in my PH's Landcruiser wagon. It was great fun as he got us rather close to elephants, with a couple getting quite angry and putting on a bit of a charge. My wife to is a photographer and when we return she wants to do more of Kruger with the new camera she just bought.
Plus she has a growing list of animals she wishes to hunt while over there. All this is if we return to South Africa, as I want to go to Namibia, Zimbabwe or Mozambique. So we will see.

Mr. A, the Limpopo is a great place.  I spent 14 days there with Cruiser Safari, and wife and I had a blast.

That's great BB.  We want to go back, but this time to the East Cape.  After that we'll prob go to other countries.  I'd like to do an old fashion style safari, sleeping in a tent out in the wilderness, not in a nice lodge.   ;D ;D

I hunted with Tshipise Safaris in the Limpopo on our last rip, we chose to stay in their tented camp. It was nice, the tents still had concrete floors and flush toilets but power was only run by generator and switched off at night. We could here lions roaring at night and the crocs and occasional hippo in the river out the front of the tents.
I know what you want to do Oscar and that would be a great way to experience an African hunt.  8)
