Looks they all did what they are supposed to. That 350 should really be a hammer. Great pictures.

Update: had time this afternoon to test the North Fork. Attached photos show recovered bullets, frontal measurement, retained weight of each.
All to me performed well. Now l will ask the PH, when l figure out who l am going with.
Just want to add, that 350 grain North Fork is a bad cat!!! Wow did it send everything fling!!

Thanks for sharing these. Sorry... just catching up. How fast did these all go?

You just have to love the 375 H&H. I didn't get it until I owned one.

I shoot cases with a belt because I feel the other cartridges need to pull their trousers up.

I didn't chronograph these loads. Waiting until this summer when its hot to do that. Have read a lot about Africa heat and hot loads.

They all look like winners to me. I'd pick the most accurate and go with it.

Mike that butt of the stock has great figure - very nice.

I was not aware that this rifle was a double (set trigger I assume) set up.

Do you have a total weight on the rifle?

I think it is going to work very well for your hunt.

I shoot cases with a belt because I feel the other cartridges need to pull their trousers up.

That's a beautiful rifle, good luck with it.  I have a early post 64 Model 70 in .375 H&H and the recoil isn't really bad.  The load I have for mine used IMR 3031 and Hornady 270 grain Spire Points.  I've shot two doe and a buck with it and there wasn't a ton of damage to any of them.  If you want message me and I'll give you the load I use which is sub-MOA in my rifle.
Nothing is better than a Weatherby, big bore magnum, or a Colt.

Thanks everyone

AL: the rifle is 10.8 lbs, and l don't think l would want it any lighter.
I agree l really didn't see all the talk about a 375, the only reason l bought one was because l can't hunt Cape buffalo with my .340. But now that l am shooting it and testing bullets with it. This thing is awesome
