Hi guys, I'm trying to trade my stock for a B&C or AT ONE BOYD'S, will I have a significant difference in accuracy? Which of the two is better? My counter is 2. Will it look ugly in a stock with a bull barrel channel?

I can only comment on B & C stocks for Mark V.  Bought four of them and think they are terrific and a direct drop in without any trimming.  The full aluminum skeleton inside adds strength and the fiberglass exterior is grippy.  Have two on Deluxes and replaced the two H-S Precision stocks on the two Accumarks for better recoil pad.   Weatherby uses them and that’s another reason I went with B&C.

I recommend the B&C stocks.  I upgraded a .243 MKV Synthetic that was really beat up.  the only issue I had is that with the #1 contour barrel for the .243 the standard button pressure point didn't work.  I am not sure why as this is how the synthetic stock was set up from Weatherby and the B&C was torqued to spec.

I ended up full length bedding the stock and action as a full free throat was an even worse disaster that the single pressure point.  I did recover my sub 1 MOA accuracy after the full bedding job and am very happy with the fit, weight, feel and look of this stock, but it did require I learn a new skill in beading a stock and action.
