It's all y'alls fault!

It's all y'alls fault!

I had no intention of leaving the USA for any reason.  Now I'm going to Africa.

Last November I bought a .270 Deluxe Mark V.  (From Bud's for $1276. Crazy!)  This was for an upcoming cow elk hunt this November in New Mexico.  Then I stumbled on something called a 'cull hunt' on this forum.  Now I'm going.  First week in July.  Namibia for Gemsbok, Zebra, Impala, Springbok, and Kudu.  All for the hunt price I paid for a nice Pronghorn hunt in Wyoming last September.  My wife was all in until I mentioned the two grand airfare.  She loves me a lot.  Whew!

So, all you sages, please tell me about the pits I'm about to fall into.

Thanks

Good for you TN. Details are all the fun in putting a hunt like your's together. Logistics, Logistics, Logistics. Better find out whether you and the Misses will have to be inoculated for the Wuhan Virus though. Take a back up camera, cause we'll expect a lot of pictures. I'm sure you'll have more posts on this, but Congrats and Good Luck. Danno

Amended: Bing! Theres no shot for the Wuhan Virus, but take all precautions necessary. ;D Maybe it will be under control by then.

awesome, I suggest, when your hunting other countries, is to just go with the flow, enjoy the experience of other cultures, and the animals. I like to fly in a few days early, just to get used to the time change and see a few things before the hunt, the same after the hunt, I stay a few days just to experience some new things. Take lots of pics and you will have a great time.  8)

I haven't hunted Africa yet, but it's on the list. I going to do another Ibex hunt in Turkey or a stan country before I turn 50 frist, then I'm going to try Africa.
