Unbelievable gun shop.

I was at a local, recently opened, gun shop last Friday looking for some odds & ends. On the counter I placed a pound of reloading powder, two 100 packs of pistol primers, a box of  7mm08 ammo. They didn't have the reloading bullets I was looking for and the owner of the shop asked me what pistol I was shooting. I told him it was a Smith & Wesson Combat revolver in 357 Magnum. He walked to the end of the counter and returned with 2 new boxes of 357 Magnum ammo, placed them with the stuff I was buying and said " They're both on the house". At first I thought he was joking around but he was serious and didn't charge me for the 357's.
     Savage Mountain Firearms in Frostburg, Md., I'm still in a state of shock. Maybe there is hope for our country.

That's a good find. I looked for a website, but they don't appear to have one. GC, maybe the owner is also a Marine (or has one in the family) and was just being a brother!

     I just googled Savage Mountain Firearms and their website showed up.

I still can't find it. A facebook page for them comes up, Instagram, and something called Hansohn Brothers (which isn't them). They are definitely on social media, but I still don't see a company website.

Good salesmanship in any business and customer service that exceeds your expectations is what sometimes wins lifelong customers. That one time freebie goes a long way as long as the stores prices are competitive.
