I managed to find some 142 long range accubonds in 6.5. Anyone have a good formula as a starting point for me ?

I would check with Nosler for that load info. Maybe some powder manufactures have info as well. Good luck with it!

If you're on Facebook ask the 6.5-300 group if no one has tried them here.

I've found some pretty respectable results with an alpine CT 307 testing the 142 ablr over h1000 to 3350fps. groups ranging from .6 to 1" at different seating depths. They like jump.

Great long range bullet.  It is too soft for this cartridge inside 200, maybe 300 yards.  Will disintegrate in a coyote at 100 yards out of a 6.5rpm which is substantially less than 6.5-300.
