Scope and mount for new Mark V

Scope and mount for new Mark V

I just bought a Weathermark Bronze in 30-378. Trying to decide on what scope I need to put on it and what mount. It will be used as a do it all deer gun. 100-500 yards. Not looking to break the bank, but I want a nice scope and mount system that is tough and user friendly.  Looking for suggestions

This one works well on my .240 Weathermark Bronze with matte rings and mounts.

Good looking rig!!!  That is definitely one on my short list. My 257 wears a vx3hd 3.5-10x40 and I love it. I’m a leupold fan, and can’t seem to shake that habit. Want to try something else but I’m afraid to. I was also looking at the vx5 just not sure it’s worth the extra money
