I have a Vortex Spark ll red dot sight I have not ever mounted on anything. Somewhere along the line, I lost or never had the instructions. I sent them an email for a replacement. Within 20 minutes, I got notice it was in the mail. Impressive, even on a holiday!   ;D

customer service is king ,  and Vortex is known for it.   I may not always buy the very very best optics but I buy a lot of Vortex for one reason I don't have to be questioned to get it fixed or replaced, there is no argument just send it back and we will take care of it, and that's the way it should be.

I have a Vortex 9 X 40 on my 270 WSM Remington 700 and they are an awesome scope. Clear and not a bad price. Good quality scope

I have and have had a lot of Vortex optics. No complaints. Sent in one scope and it fixed and returned quickly with no questions. Vortex is on most of my target and varmint rifles. Fast and accurate turrets.
Leupold is another that l like. The VX-5 with the locking turret is on all my big game rifles.

Got it 2 days early from USPS! Amazing! The interesting thing is the manual would never fit in the box the Spark came in. Got it mounted on the rifle, just need to bore sight it.   ;D

That's cool, good luck!

Another great company with great customer service and warranty is Dillon Precision.  I've been using  them for way over 30 years, when the RL-450 came out.  ;D  I visited their company and I saw Mike Dillon and he stopped by to chat with me.  They don't make them like that anymore.

I remember when Vortex hit the market. I am a solid Leupold fan and poo poo'ed Vortex. But they hit the market at reasonable prices with great scopes and a customer service as good as Leupold.
I own 2 Vortex scopes, one binocular. Very pleased with them. Everyone I know that has purchased them is happy. One had a problem and they sent him a new scope.
I may be placing a Leupold vx-7 1.5-6 30mm tube that was about a thousand bucks when including the mount and Leupold lens caps in 2001. For a Vortex with a better reticle for my eyes at about half of that price in 2023.

I have more Vortex scopes than all others combined, not counting the Spark red dot.  I have Nikons as well, but they are out of the scope business. A pair of Zeiss as well! 1 Bushnell on my Savage 212, purely for lenght! It was the only one long enough to reach over that shotgun action.  ;D
